Refund policy

In accordance with the law, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 7 days from the date of receipt of the articles for any article purchased on the site, it being specified that the day which serves as the starting point does not count and in in the event that this period ends on a Saturday or Sunday or on a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day. The customer can return the products to without having to justify the reason, in accordance with the provisions of articles L 121-16 and following of the consumer code within the aforementioned period. This right is exercised by returning the product, only the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, company undertakes to reimburse the sums actually paid within a maximum period of 30 days according to the initial method of payment. The right of withdrawal is exercised under the same conditions from order and before delivery.

The customer is responsible for returning the products until they are received by the seller. The customer is therefore strongly advised to return the packages in a way that allows them to track the package.
Return procedure

In the event that the customer wishes to withdraw, once the products have been received, he simply has to follow the following steps:

1. Pack all products to be returned and the invoice in a secure box or reuse the original packaging. All returned products must be securely packaged, the seller cannot accept damaged products.

2. Stick the label on the parcel (the original label must be hidden or detached) and send the parcel to:

For your peace of mind and the safety of the items, the seller strongly advises to use registered shipping with insurance, since he cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of returned items.

3. Once package is received, seller will inspect and process the items within 1 business day. In order to keep the customer informed, the seller will send him an e-mail to confirm the refund with the payment method corresponding to the initial payment method.
No returns can be made in person. The customer should contact customer service for special requests in this regard.
